Playroom hour packs (10, 20 and 30 hours — the larger the pack, the better the hourly rate), a morning pass (30 calendar days; stay during hours of use, e.g. 10:00–15:00; one shared visit per day), and class passes. Details and prices are on this page.

Choose a pass on this page. With online payment you pay immediately — the pass appears in «My passes». When online payment is unavailable, you submit a reservation and pay for and activate the pass at Bawialnia Kropka during your visit.

A pass for 30 consecutive calendar days (activation day = day 1). It allows a stay in the playroom during the hours of use (e.g. 10:00–15:00) — the child must leave by the end of that period. When reserving, you name the children — price = rate × number of children. One shared visit per pass per day; named children only.

Hour packs are linked to the parent account and can be used by children added to that account. The morning pass is named: it covers the specific children selected at reservation, and the price is calculated separately for each of them.

Children on the same parent account can share an hour pack (one entry per pass per day). A morning pass can cover several children on one pass — you pay for each named child; one shared visit per day applies for all covered children (named children only).

Yes. The hours can be used during future playroom visits within the selected validity period. One entry per pass per day applies.

Each visit with an hourly pass is charged for a minimum of 30 minutes, even if the stay is shorter. After 30 minutes, time is counted by the minute. The morning pass does not bill by the minute — it allows a stay only during the hours of use stated in the description (e.g. until 15:00).

No. Hour packs and the morning pass apply only to playroom entry. They do not include events, workshops, birthday parties or additional classes. Separate passes are available for regular classes.

Hour packs have a fixed validity: 10 hours — 30 days, 20 and 30 hours — 60 days (from activation/payment). If unused hours remain, you can extend validity by another 30 days for 10 zł at reception — unlimited extensions, including within 7 days after expiry.
