What data we collect

We may process: full name, e-mail address, phone number, and children’s dates of birth (as part of visit and event registration). Data is collected via registration forms, the application, and when confirming visits at the playroom.

Purpose and legal basis of processing

Data is processed to provide playroom services, register visits, handle event sign-ups, run the loyalty program, and contact clients. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), where required.

Data retention

Data is stored for the period necessary to perform the contract and legal obligations, and until consent is withdrawn where consent is the legal basis.
