Event description

🌷 Mother’s Day 🌷 is a special moment and a beautiful opportunity to do something for yourself. Without guilt — with love and tenderness.

🩷🌿 Immerse yourself in a beautiful yoga practice and feel lightness, softness, and peace in your mind.


While you practice, your little ones 👶 can join in, observe, or play in the safe space of our playroom under attentive supervision.


Yoga workshop for parents:

✳️ It will guide you into gentle, pleasant movement, bring softness, and help release tension and discomfort in the body

✳️ It will calm the rush of thoughts, leaving your mind clear, bright, and peaceful

✳️ It will soothe overstimulated senses and bring bliss to your heart


WORKSHOP PLAN:

🪷 Gentle yoga practice

🪷 Breathing exercises

🪷 Relaxation with the sounds of chimes

🪷 Pelvic floor muscle activation — check whether your pelvis is working properly


Reserve 1 hour and 15 minutes just for yourself — this is the duration of the class.

🌷 Remember: when you bloom, your child enjoys the fruits.
