We invite moms to a gentle Mother’s Day yoga practice with soft movement, breathing, and relaxation. You take time to rest and recharge, while your little ones can play safely nearby under supervision.

While you practice, your little ones 👶 can join in, observe, or play in the safe space of our playroom under attentive supervision.
Yoga workshop for parents:
✳️ It will guide you into gentle, pleasant movement, bring softness, and help release tension and discomfort in the body
✳️ It will calm the rush of thoughts, leaving your mind clear, bright, and peaceful
✳️ It will soothe overstimulated senses and bring bliss to your heart
WORKSHOP PLAN:
🪷 Gentle yoga practice
🪷 Breathing exercises
🪷 Relaxation with the sounds of chimes
🪷 Pelvic floor muscle activation — check whether your pelvis is working properly
Reserve 1 hour and 15 minutes just for yourself — this is the duration of the class.
