Yoga for Children

We invite you to children’s yoga classes in Kraków at Kropka — special sessions that combine movement, play, imagination, and relaxation in a safe and friendly atmosphere.


These classes are a wonderful option for children who need not only physical activity, but also a moment to slow down, listen to themselves, and experience calm. During each session, children are taken on an engaging journey into the world of yoga, where through natural movement, play, and enjoyable exercises they learn to better understand their bodies and emotions.
